With this ERG, we aim to bridge the gap between different generations and learn to work together in a healthy way and face future challenges in a changing world of work. Understand the needs of professionals from each Generation Z, Gen Y, Gen X and Baby Boomer generation to develop tailor-made strategies for their specific needs.
Different generations bring different strengths, competencies, expectations and synergies to the team. At the same time, a mix of generations in the team also demands a lot from the managers, who often belong to a different generation group. We therefore hope that this ERG will also be beneficial to managers who are working with multi-generation teams.
